DRY ICE BLASTING

Dry Ice blasting is a form of carbon dioxide cleaning, it is non-abrasive and leaves no residue. The process of using pressurised air steam turns Co2 (carbon dioxide) into its solid form, dry ice which then blasts away contaminants, leaving no toxic residue or further clean up.

Dry ice blasting is considered an environmentally responsible cleaning method because the process uses the carbon dioxide byproducts from other industrial processes. The carbon dioxide is cleaned, processed into pellets of dry ice and combined with compressed air, just like other blasting services.

X-Blast uses Dry Ice blasting for cleaning in a number of different industries, including the commercial food and beverage manufacturing and processing industry.
